RNA2DMap
RNA2DMap allows scientists to investigate research findings about RNA (ribonucleic acid) structures visually and interactively. In addition, the web application maps scientific data and analyzes onto two-dimensional abstractions of RNA structures. The purpose of RNA2DMap is to helps researchers understand the complex structures, interactions, and patterns of RNA molecules. RNA2DMap, found at the Comparative RNA Web Site and Project, serves as a structural interface to comparative RNA data for researchers worldwide. A usability test of RNA2DMap (version 1) was conducted in April 2009. I am currently designing and developing an improved second version of RNA2DMap.

Structural Statistics Visualization
This visual analytics application allows scientists to explore statistics on RNA structures. Users may sort, filter, and navigate hierarchical information that is presented in synchronized table and chart views. Structural Statistics Visualization helps researchers identify and understand trends of different biological patterns within RNA molecules.
