Mobile Service Configuration
Researched, synthesized, designed and tested wireframes for a mobile phone web site that allows users to customize, purchase, manage, and change mobile phone service plans. The system was required to have mobile service selection and configuration features for individual and family plans. The design was developed over multiple iterations. Deliverables included a set of wireframes, a process book, and a video of a real life scenario of use.
