FilteredSpace is a mobile app designed to help concertgoers discover new music and find live shows by local and touring bands. I designed multi-channel UX strategies for three distinct user groups: music fans, bands, and venue owners. Deliverables included wireframes and workflows for mobile and web.

About
RNA2DMap is a web application used by biologists to explore structural patterns of Ribonucleic Acids (RNAs). Users can display multiple sets of data on an interactive 2D RNA scaffolding and learn about the structural properties and physical interactions within these molecules. RNA2DMap showcases the work of the Comparative RNA Web Site and Project. I developed the application using Flex, ActionScript 3.0, and Cairngorm MVC framework. I refined the interface through iterative design and usability testing.

Cellular Store Wireframes Iterative design and low-fidelity prototyping.
About
The following are sample wireframes from a low fidelity click-through prototype. For this project I designed the web interface of a cellular site for customizing, purchasing, and modifying cellphone service. I refined the design over three iterations and performed think-aloud testing between each iteration.

Tip Strategies is an economic consulting company with over 15 years of experience in over 100 different communities in the US. With a long list of case studies, Tip Strategies needed a way to give potential partners an overview of their work. In this freelance project, I designed and built an interactive case studies map using GIS data, US census data, and the Google Maps API.
